The Challenge
Families here raise children between Bangla and English, and often Arabic as well, while a learning app usually teaches one of them, wants a connection to do it, and hands a two-year-old the same screen as a ten-year-old. Parents had no quiet way to see what a child had actually learned, and a children's app cannot ship a new release every time a story, a lesson or a recorded voice is added.

The Solution
Four ages, four different apps inside one: its own home, palette and activities for 2–3, 4–5, 6–8 and 9–12, an optional Arabic and Islamic section a parent switches on, and rewards that carry a child through it. Everything a child sees travels as a versioned content pack published from an admin dashboard, with a website editor and an app-section builder that rename, reorder and fill whole sections without a new version. Every picture and recording is verified by SHA-256 on the phone, and a pack is switched in only once all of its media has arrived, so a half-finished download never shows a broken lesson.
